Starlight Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant in Tucson, AZ to guide first-time homebuyers through the purchase process. This commission-based role includes four weeks of award-winning training and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Valid/Active Driver's License is required.
• On-site work at the model home within the community.
• Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and educate buyers about homes and processes.
• Present homes and build rapport with prospects to progress them through the sales cycle.
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and close sales in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Enter leads and updates into the CRM daily and maintain realtor relationships.
