Throne Labs is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and run our hiring engine for professional and managerial roles across engineering, product, sales, and corporate functions. You will partner with Finance, People Operations, founders, and managers to connect hiring decisions to business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for professional and managerial roles.
• Ability to partner with finance and business leaders to connect hiring plans to business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, sales, and corporate roles.
• Experience selecting and implementing an ATS.
• Strong knowledge of compliant hiring practices across multiple states including CA, WA, NY.
• Able to work strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for professional roles across engineering, product, sales, and corporate functions; design hiring process and playbooks.
• Partner with Finance, People Operations, Founders, and managers; co-own annual hiring plan; report metrics to leadership.
• Support high-volume field hiring and coaching with templates and guides.
• Lead senior and executive searches; manage vendors and recruiting budget.
