Job summary

USPL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage floor activities including supervision of specialists, order pickers and forklift operators. The role supports the daily freight schedule and requires strong safety, sanitation and GMP compliance.

The supervisor will partner with other departments to maintain schedules, ensure accurate production reports, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, efficient operation in a 2nd shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; BA degree preferred.
• 7+ years Supervisory experience.
• 4+ years in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing; 2+ years in distribution/warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage activities of warehouse staff.
• Supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators.
• Support Receiving Clerk in managing daily freight schedule.
• Maintain schedules and implement changes as needed.
• Foster teamwork and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and GMP compliance.
