Job summary

ID Logistics US is actively seeking an Operations Supervisor for an on-site, first-shift role. You will assign tasks, support staff, monitor results, and report to senior management, driving safety and efficiency by improving processes and setting team targets.

Responsibilities include coaching, resolving issues, coordinating vacations and timesheets for 15–20 associates, maintaining GMP for a food-grade warehouse, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers
• Follows established operational procedures for shipments, handling, and inventory
• Provides 100% customer satisfaction
• Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates
• Oversee 15-20 associates and maintain GMP for food-grade warehouse
