Job summary

Winland Foods is hiring a Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Buckner, KY. You will safely operate forklifts and related equipment, move materials, and ensure accurate inventory control within a food production environment.

You’ll follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, participate in process improvements, and support shipping/receiving as needed. Strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications (e.g., forklift) a plus.
• Experience operating equipment like forklifts and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment.
• Move materials, manage FIFO rotation, and stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and safety policies; maintain clean, audit-ready areas.
• Use SAP for inventory transfers and reporting; participate in improvement projects.
