Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Buckner, KY. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, inventory control, and FIFO/FEFO material handling to support production and packaging operations.

The position requires adherence to GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and food safety policies, with opportunities to lead or train teammates and contribute to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Move materials with FIFO/FEFO rotation and stage materials to minimize downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Assist training and guidance to teammates and participate in 5S.
