Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Buckner, KY. You will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, and support shipping and receiving in a production environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification is a plus, and experience with SAP inventory systems is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 6:00am-2:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment.
• Move materials and manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Support shipping/receiving and material flow; participate in counts and documentation.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and safety policies; maintain clean, audit-ready areas.
