Job summary

Winland Foods seeks an Entry Warehouse Team Member in Columbia, SC. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, and ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMA and food-safety policies. The role involves SAP-based inventory control, documentation, and collaboration with the team.

You must have a High School Diploma or GED; forklift certification is a plus. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer, etc.).
• 18+ years of age.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMA and other food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and other equipment.
• Move materials with FIFO rotation and accurate staging.
• Maintain SAP inventory transfers and documentation.
• Participate in inventory counts and improve processes.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and food safety policies.
• Train and assist teammates and support 5S efforts.
