WinlandFoods is seeking a dedicated Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Buckner, KY. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, precise material movement, and strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.

You will support inventory management, FIFO/FEFO rotations, and daily shipping/receiving tasks while helping to maintain an audit-ready workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO/FEFO rotation to support production.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and document inspections.
• Follow GMP, SQF, HACCP and other safety/food quality policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and shipping/receiving tasks.
