Job summary

Winland Foods seeks a Warehouse Forklift Operator (Days) to move materials, manage inventory, and ensure food-safety compliance. You will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping equipment, while logging accurate data and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory controls.

The role requires a HS diploma, willingness to obtain forklift/SAP certifications, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA standards. Overtime and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related gear.
• Move materials, stage items for production, and maintain records.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA safety and food quality rules.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, inventory counts, and audits.
• Support training and guidance for teammates; participate in 5S.
