Job summary

Eaton's Electrical division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on the 1st shift in Richmond, VA to direct warehouse and inventory activities and ensure on-time delivery. Lead safety and continuous improvement efforts with cross-functional teams and maintain a high standard of work discipline.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse leadership, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience with SAP ERP and lean concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong warehouse leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in warehouse/logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating shifts.
• Experience with SAP ERP and lean production principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse and inventory activities to meet on-time delivery.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and weekly safety and productivity topics.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and cross-training.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering and operations as needed.
