Job summary

Eaton Corporation, at its Santa Ana, CA facility, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for 1st shift to lead a team, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while upholding a Zero Incident Safety Culture.

You will align operations with the Quality Management System, manage inventory, and ensure on-time delivery by prioritizing production and material requirements. 50-mile relocation rule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR HS Diploma with five years minimum experience in a warehouse/logistics or supply chain role in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum one year experience in a warehouse/logistics or supply chain role in a manufacturing environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• No relocation is offered for this position; relocation is limited to within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA facility (Active Duty Military exception)

Responsibilities

• Drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture and align department requirements with Eaton's Quality Management System.
• Manage department operations and prioritize production to meet on-time delivery.
• Lead Continuous Improvement efforts and standardize processes; empower employees to improve and implement countermeasures.
• Develop direct reports through coaching, problem solving, and cross-training; coordinate cooperation across shifts.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and weekly department meetings on safety, performance, and policy changes.
• Monitor customer demand, production, and overdue orders; communicate metrics to management.
