Job summary

Eaton’s DCPD division seeks a Warehouse Supervisor on the 1st shift in Santa Ana, CA. You will lead a warehouse team, drive safety culture, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with Eaton’s Quality Management System.

Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement, coaching staff, managing production priorities, and maintaining inventory integrity in a high‑tempo manufacturing environment. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma with 5 years minimum experience in warehouse/logistics in manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain in manufacturing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation offered; must reside within 50-mile radius of Santa Ana, CA facility.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture and align with Eaton’s Quality Management System.
• Lead department operations and prioritize production to meet on-time delivery.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and standard work; empower staff to implement countermeasures.
• Provide training resources and coaching in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and weekly department meetings on safety and operations.
• Maintain daily statistics on demand, production, and overdue orders.
• Communicate material availability metrics to management and other supervisors.
