Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical division in Richmond, VA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift to lead warehouse and inventory activities, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will partner with plant and production leadership to drive continuous improvement, manage staff, and coordinate cross-functional support to meet customer commitments while maintaining 5S and ERP/MRP discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years minimum experience in warehouse/logistics in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/people leadership in warehouse/logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Zero Incidents safety culture and align with quality management systems.
• Lead and coordinate department operations to meet on-time delivery and production needs.
• Promote teamwork and develop direct reports through coaching and cross-training.
• Manage personnel requirements, provide training resources, and oversee job bidding processes.
• Lead daily accountability meetings and weekly safety and operations reviews.
• Maintain daily statistics on demand, production and overdue orders.
