Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager (Chemical/HAZMAT) in Lima, OH to lead a first-shift operation with up to 15 direct and indirect reports. The role focuses on safe handling of chemicals, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse performance.

Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years of warehouse management experience, familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, and proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with chemical and HAZMAT materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet performance goals.
• Develop and enforce hazardous materials safety and regulatory programs.
• Monitor costs, labor utilization, and capital expenditures.
• Maintain ISO/QMS compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of up to 15 staff.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and assist in business development.
