Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations, coach staff, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards on-site.

You will assign tasks, monitor workflow, and support process improvements while training employees and ensuring compliance with PPE and safety protocols. The role requires forklift operation experience and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or relevant experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse practices, policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment, including electric pallet jacks.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and electric pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor floor operations and provide real-time problem solving.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of warehouse activities.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed to support workflow.
• Coach and provide on-the-job training for staff.
• Certify employee skill sets and support ongoing development.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with processes and safety.
• Promote PPE usage and safety protocols.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues with team.
