Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (1st Shift) to oversee the Planning Team and daily warehouse operations. You will manage inventory accuracy, SAP/Ariba PO processes, payroll administration, and associate development while driving safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires SAP experience, forklift operation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Planning Team leadership and guidance.
• Manage inventory accuracy and designated bins.
• Oversee SAP and Ariba purchase orders; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor production targets, quality and performance expectations.
• Prepare and analyze reports supporting operations and goals.
• Supervise, train and mentor associates; payroll administration considerations.
• Conduct evaluations and coaching discussions for development.
• Prioritize and manage departmental activities to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; investigate discrepancies.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
