Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Mt. Juliet, Tennessee distribution center. The role supports receiving, put-away, and shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will operate SAP-based systems, work independently and in teams, and contribute to efficient, orderly distribution while maintaining quality and meeting production goals. First shift hours are from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse distribution environment preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP warehouse management system.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine needs in the receiving area.
• Identify and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform maintenance in the receiving area to keep a neat, organized distribution center.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per safety standards.
• Use SAP scanners, tablets, and devices to complete assignments.
• Meet production efficiency levels.
• Maintain quality of work with accuracy.
• Work independently and in a team; help in other departments and overtime as needed.
• Adhere to attendance policy and scheduled shifts.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and racks.
• Troubleshoot daily task issues.
• Assist with container unloaders as needed.
