World Wide Technology in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Receiving 1st Shift to lead 10-25 team members across receiving, moving, picking and shipping operations. You will work under the Warehouse Manager to ensure safety, accuracy and on-time performance.

The role requires an Associate’s degree, forklift experience, 5+ years of warehousing, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Competitive base salary ranges with strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and resources to meet production goals.
• Ensure 5S discipline and a clean, organized warehouse.
• Report progress to the Warehouse Manager.
