Winland Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, oversee shipping/receiving, and provide training and support for drivers, technicians and contractors. You will manage documentation, SOPs, audits and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role requires SAP proficiency, leadership, and the ability to work nights/weekends as needed, with a focus on safety, quality and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and supervision for current and new employees in checking in drivers, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure reporting is complete and submitted according to SOPs and audits.
• Oversee shipping/receiving paperwork per SOPs and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to meet customer needs.
• Provide analytical data and present findings at various levels.
• Lead SAP shipping/receiving processes and floor operations training.
• Interview and hire staff; maintain job descriptions and SOPs.
