Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support nightly operations in Chicago. The role involves bin and cycle counts, transporting products, and maintaining safety and accuracy while using SAP tools.

Qualifications

• Must pass PIT training and operate PIT equipment (Reach Truck and Order Selector).
• Understanding of warehouse distribution roles.
• Basic math skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP warehouse management system helpful.
• Excellent communication, including written and verbal.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking and planning abilities.
• Flexible and able to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Count bins and perform planned cycle counts.

Overview

Earn $21.00 per hour (Plus 10% Shift Differential) and up to 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year!

The shift is from 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bin block counts
• Planned cycle counts
• Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices as assigned to complete assignments.
• Continually meet production efficiency levels
• Maintain quality of work(Accuracy is key)
• Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).
• Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.
• Be able to troubleshoot and correct problems that occur within your daily tasks.
• Perform any other assignment/task given by any member of leadership.

What We're Looking For

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

• Ability to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector).
• Basic understanding of equipment operator roles within a warehouse distribution environment.
• Basic math skills are a must.
• Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system.
• Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking, and planning.
• Flexibility as priorities may change mid-task.
• Have a personable and positive attitude when dealing with co-workers and vendors.
