Job summary

Hi-Tek is hiring a Toolroom Press Operator for 1st shift in Mason, OH. You will follow supervisor procedures for die stamping, inspect parts with precision tools, and ensure quality and safety while packaging finished parts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork. A full benefit package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• U.S. person under ITAR as defined by law.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical presses following Toolroom Supervisor procedures.
• Inspect parts with micrometers and optical inspection tools.
• Package finished parts and maintain workspace.
• Move materials with a forklift and operate overhead crane when needed.
• Record labor hours in the ERP system.
• Follow PPE and safety policies; keep a clean, safe area.
