Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Experience with EDM preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Operate traditional oil/deep tank/multi-axis CNC EDM (Sinker EDM).
• Set up and operate machines, load/unload parts, communicate changes in writing and verbally.
• Read prints and inspect parts using precision gauges.
• Verify conformance to customer specs with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM).
• Maintain safety procedures and document actions and logs.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processes; perform maintenance and keep records.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and maintain reliable attendance.
