Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Press Operator to follow toolroom procedures, operate mechanical presses, and inspect parts using micrometers and optical inspection equipment.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and cost-conscious manufacturing and requires lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional use of a forklift or crane. The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with pay between $24 and $30 per hour based on experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow policies and procedures including PPE requirements.
• Operate mechanical presses per Toolroom Supervisor instructions.
• Visually inspect parts and use inspection tools to verify dimensions.
• Package finished parts after manufacturing and inspection.
• Report labor hours in ERP system and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
