The role requires 2–5 years of welding experience (MIG/TIG) and aluminum/stainless TIG exposure; a 1-year technical certificate or an associate degree is preferred. 5S focus and reliable problem-solving are essential.

Qualifikationen

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or 2-5 years related experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 2-5 years of experience with MIG and TIG welding in fabrication.
• Must have aluminum and stainless steel TIG welding experience.
• Be a problem solver and read blueprints.
• Welding certification or technical degree a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated parts to assemble structural forms.
• Set up equipment and perform MIG/TIG/Torch welding.
• Read blueprints and ensure welding meets print specs.
• Inspect parts for quality and maintain 5S in the department.
• Repair products by dismantling and reassembling as needed.
