Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in printing/narrow web flexographic printing is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (MS Office and manufacturing software).

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and direct the team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Direct daily production activities and monitor performance on the floor.
• Partner with HR on interviews and hiring decisions to select top talent.
• Champion safety-first culture and lead change initiatives.
• Establish and maintain training standards for new employees; provide feedback.
