Job summary

Clemens Food Group in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor for Bacon Press and Bacon Bits on the 1st shift. You will lead a 22-person team on the production floor, coaching daily and ensuring safe, high-quality output.

You’ll own safety, quality, yield, and KPIs, partner with Quality, Maintenance, and CI teams, and drive continuous improvements across the bacon operation. Opportunity to advance toward superintendent or director roles within Clemens Food Group.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience at Supervisory or comparable level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, meat or protein processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, production, labor, yield and KPIs.
• Spend ~70% on the production floor coaching your team.
• Lead daily huddles, identify gaps, solve problems and drive improvements.
• Partner with Quality, Food Safety, Maintenance, CI and other teams to improve performance.
• Anticipate challenges and drive sustainable improvements across the bacon operation.
