Job summary

Clemens Food Group's Hatfield North facility is a large-scale ready-to-eat and value-added operation producing bacon, sausage, and smoked meat products. This role leads the bacon process across injection, pressing, and slicing, supervising approximately 34 team members including two Team Leads.

As Operations Supervisor, you will own safety, quality, production, labor, yield, and KPIs, spending about 60% on the floor coaching your team and staying connected to the operation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience at the Supervisor, Superintendent, or comparable level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred, with meat or protein processing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across safety, quality, production, labor, yield, and KPIs.
• Spend about 60% of time on the production floor coaching the team and staying connected to operations.
• Lead daily huddles, identify performance gaps, solve problems, and turn improvement opportunities into measurable results.
• Partner with Quality, Food Safety, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and other teams to improve overall performance.
• Anticipate operational challenges and drive sustainable improvements across the bacon operation.
