Job summary

Qualifications

• Post high school education required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience; 1–3 years managing people.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Citrix, JDA and JSA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages production operation of multiple departments and shifts.
• Coaches and counsels employees; motivates for productivity.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and company policy.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives (CI, 5S, TPM).
• Prepares reports and maintains records.
