Qualifications

• Post high school education is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with 1–3 years in people leadership.
• Ability to set up agendas with clear time frames and effective use of visual aids.
• Strong communication skills, including speaking clearly and precisely to engage listeners.
• Experience operating Citrix and navigating Inside UFPI with knowledge of policies.
