Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for our Middlebury, IN facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across PLC, instrumentation and mechanical systems to keep complex equipment running.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, coordinating with the maintenance planner, and providing guidance as needed. Candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED, with technical certification or an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or certification in a technical field preferred.
• Mechatronics certifications for Levels 1-7 completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine PM and complete work orders for complex manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain utilities systems, PLCs, instrumentation and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment life.
• Monitor and adjust processes, coordinate with Maintenance Planner for parts and chemicals.
• Support engineering on equipment design, layout or retrofits when needed.
• Uphold 200% safety accountability for self and others.
