Meijer Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across complex systems, including PLCs and instrumentation, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

You will perform routine PMs, PdM tasks, and coordinate with vendors and planners to maintain equipment reliability. Applicants should have 5–7 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience, strong reading of blueprints, and familiarity with SQF, GMPs, LOTO, and lean processes.

Competenze

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Associates degree or certification in a technical field preferred.
• Mechatronics Certifications for Levels 1-7 completed.
• 5-7 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SQF, GMPs, LOTO and Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Mansioni

• Perform routine chemical testing and adjust parameters for cooling towers and boilers.
• Monitor heating/ventilation systems and adjust controls.
• Provide 24/7 automated process monitoring and take action as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planner on chemicals and supplies.
• Maintain equipment via PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance to maximize life.
