Job summary

Allegion seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across shifts. This role requires leading continuous improvement efforts and maintaining standard work practices.

The position emphasizes hands-on mentoring, problem solving, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering to resolve production issues and optimize TAKT performance.

Qualifications

• Follow Leader Standard Work, SOPs and OMS requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing procedures and control documents.
• Strong communication and teamwork for shift-based manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members, especially in the Team Leader's absence.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics each shift.
• Identify and solve root causes; drive TAKT improvements and standard work adherence.
