Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Production Team Leader in Cincinnati, OH to supervise a manufacturing team and drive daily production goals while upholding quality standards.

You will assign tasks, monitor metrics, train staff, troubleshoot, and enforce safety, delivering on-time products and contributing to a positive team culture in a fast-paced facility.

Qualified candidates have a degree or equivalent, 2+ years of people leadership, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management or Engineering.
• 2+ years of people leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing operations in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and set objectives for team members per shift.
• Monitor production metrics and report team performance.
• Provide training and coaching on machine operation, safety, quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate to maintenance.
• Lead daily team meetings on targets and procedures.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the production floor.
• Perform quality checks and address deviations.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and timecards.
• Other duties as assigned.
