Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor environment, including paved and unpaved areas, in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include operating stretch wrap machines and extended boom forklifts, organizing the yard, loading/unloading from trailers, and verifying packing slips and shipping docs; a high school diploma or GED and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating 5,000 lb forklifts in outdoor yard environments.
• Ability to perform routine inspection, fueling and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and write in English and interface with shipping docs.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom forklifts.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load/unload product from flatbeds and trailers.
• Verify packing slips, ship tickets, and shipping documentation.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
