Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is hiring for an Operations Associate on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6 am to 2 pm) at the Aurora 500 site. The role focuses on CMP pad manufacturing, data entry, and quality testing in a safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include LEAN manufacturing participation, maintaining cleanliness, and adherence to Entegris values. Training is provided as part of a 30‑day onboarding, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.
• All employees go through 30‑day on‑job training in a fast‑paced, hard‑working environment.
• All employees are expected to be flexible, working in varying departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous production tasks (e.g., cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory).
