Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a production leader to guide a team on the line, foster a safe, productive environment, and champion fair, non-discriminatory practices. You will mentor associates, drive safety, quality and performance, and communicate goals and policies clearly.

You will coordinate daily scheduling, monitor breaks and rotations, support huddles, troubleshoot downtime, and ensure accurate documentation for scrap/RTV. The role requires flexibility and proactive coaching.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift license and LOTO certification preferred or required.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and foster a safe, welcoming environment.
• Build relationships with associates and cross-functional teams.
• Coach associates on safety, quality, performance, and behavior.
• Work on the production line to assist and monitor activities.
• Lead daily huddles and coordinate production schedules.
• Monitor labor, breaks, and rotation; communicate adjustments.
• Document scrap/RTV and ensure proper area housekeeping.
• Complete Work Instruction certifications for area(s).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
