Job summary

CRH is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and organize operations at our manufacturing site. You will supervise production employees, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and report on performance and material inventories.

The role requires consistent leadership, strong communication, and the ability to implement policies and procedures. You will partner with site leadership to drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective production outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 4 years experience in a manufacturing organization.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven mentoring and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees and equipment on shift.
• Accurately report production and performance data.
• Conduct daily shift huddles.
• Communicate safety, quality, maintenance, and production issues.
• Lead safety programs and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Assist with inventory of finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Schedule and assign responsibilities to personnel.
• Supervise and evaluate job performance.
• Provide updates to site leadership on operations and manpower.
