Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a hands-on Production Leader to guide a team on the production line, upholding safety, quality, and efficiency targets. You will mentor associates, coordinate schedules, and participate in daily huddles to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Ability to obtain forklift license and LOTO certification.
Ability to manage ambiguity and work under pressure with composure.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of associates to uphold safety, quality, and production standards.
Foster a culture of fairness and non-discrimination on the shop floor.
Provide coaching for safety, quality, and performance with timely feedback.
Work on the production line as needed and participate in daily huddles.
Coordinate labor, breaks, and production schedules; adjust as required.
Ensure proper documentation and housekeeping; reduce scrap and downtime.
