Job summary

Trane Technologies in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and overhaul equipment, and to perform forklift and PIT/PIV maintenance. You will manage parts inventory within the CMMS and support TPM across the plant.

The role requires troubleshooting electrical, welding, fabricating, and mechanical systems, reading schematics, and collaborating with internal customers. Excellent safety adherence is a must, with a 5-day on-site workweek.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; college/technical training preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years manufacturing experience with forklift/PIT maintenance.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, and controls troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform major electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs and installations.
• Troubleshoot to component level for controller brands (Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley).
• Identify root causes and recommend preventive actions.
• Use CMMS to maintain records, history, and inventory.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols.
• Drive TPM initiatives within the business operating system.
