Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is seeking a Manager of Maintenance for 1st shift at the Seabrook, NJ location. You will lead a team of 4 direct reports and 24 technicians, overseeing maintenance across bottling/canning lines, blending, boiler, wastewater, and utilities.

The role includes budgeting, regulatory compliance, and capital project execution, with a compensation range of $114,000 to $171,000 plus annual bonus, reflecting experience and location.

Qualifications

• Requires strong planning/administrative/supervisory skills.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, industrial controls, mechanical, hydraulic, boiler, and waste treatment systems.
• 7-9 years of management experience (2-3 years leading a maintenance department preferred).
• Experience with GMP and food processing equipment; OSHA/FDA/USDA/EPA familiarity.
• Experience using a CMMS to plan and analyze maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve a preventive maintenance program to improve equipment reliability and engagement.
• Manage the annual R&M budget for the facility and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain and lead continuous improvement in regulatory programs (Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, PSM).
• Direct the development and execution of capital projects with Plant Engineer and Leadership Team.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in water/energy conservation and waste reduction.
• Perform other related duties as required.
