Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Littleford Blender Operator for the Wayland, MI facility. This full-time, first-shift role supports the Production team by operating equipment, weighing ingredients, and ensuring accurate blending while maintaining quality records and safety standards (GMP/HACCP/LOTO).

You will learn to operate lift trucks, perform basic QC, and follow blending sequences to sustain efficiency. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Weigh ingredients using Metric/American weigh conversion and perform basic quality control testing.
• Follow blending sequence and maintain blending efficiencies; complete all required record keeping according to GMP/HACCP/LOTO and food safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
