Job summary

The Littleford Blender Operator at the Wayland, MI facility supports the Production team by operating the Littleford blender and related processes to improve plant performance. You will learn to operate a sit-down forklift, weigh ingredients, perform basic quality testing, follow blending sequences, and maintain records in line with GMP/HACCP and TreeHouse Foods safety programs.

This is a full-time 1st shift position (8am–4pm) with overtime and weekend work as needed; TreeHouse Foods offers

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow written/process instructions.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred.
• Proficiency in accurate measurement/weight conversion may be required.
• Ability to perform basic quality tests and document results.
• Familiarity with GMP/HACCP/LOTO and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Weigh ingredients using metric/US weights.
• Perform basic quality control testing for the department.
• Follow blending sequences and maintain blending efficiencies.
• Complete all required records accurately for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Adhere to GMP/HACCP, LOTO and TreeHouse Foods safety programs.
