Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Quadcone Operator at the Wayland, MI facility. The role supports the Production team by weighing ingredients, performing basic QC tests, and cross-training in Littleford blending to improve plant performance.

You will ensure accurate record keeping, maintain line efficiencies, and comply with GMP/HACCP/LOTO procedures. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position with a 4pm–12am schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift.
• All employees are responsible for the quality and food safety of all products produced in this facility.

Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients using Metric/American weight conversions.
• Perform basic Quality Control testing for the Quadcone Department.
• Cross-training in Littleford blending is required.
• Legibly and accurately complete all related record keeping per industry standards (GMP/HACCP/LOTO).
• Maintain or exceed established line efficiencies.
• Comply with GMP/HACCP/LOTO and food safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
