Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Quadcone Operator at the Wayland, Michigan facility to support the Production team and drive improvements in performance across the plant.

The role requires weighing ingredients, quality control testing, and cross-training in Littleford blending, with emphasis on accurate record keeping and GMP/LOTO compliance. 2nd shift, 4pm–12am, Monday–Friday, with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/process documents and provide effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
• All employees are responsible for the quality and food safety of all products produced in this facility.

Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients using Metric/US weight conversions.
• Accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the Quadcone Department.
• Cross-train in Littleford blending.
• Legibly and accurately complete all required record keeping.
