Job summary

Litehouse Foods seeks a Mixer in Lowell, MI to support high-value recipe production and batch automation across multiple lines. You will load ingredients, run metering and pumping systems, and ensure clean changeover between batches while following strict allergen controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 0–3 years in production/manufacturing helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn batch automation technology and operate computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems.
• Operate batch automation computer systems (training provided).
• Changeover and wash out machinery between batches with allergen controls.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and production area.
• Use scanners and inventory software to ensure FIFO and accurate records.
• Requisition ingredients and supplies and document production records.
• Adhere to food safety policies and report concerns.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
