Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP at our Sugar Land, TX facility. After completing training, you will support visual inspection, labeling, and packaging operations in line with established processes to ensure the highest quality and safety of medications for patients.

This is a full-time, 1st shift role (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST) on site. The position emphasizes accuracy, compliance with GDP/cGMP/ISO standards, and collaboration across teams while contributing to a culture of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass color perception exam.
• Vision exam with 20/20 vision required.
• Able to pass drug and background checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inspection and packaging room materials.
• Labeling and processing of production materials.
• Clean room and equipment; fill preventive maintenance forms.
• Perform line and room clearances as per procedures.
• Document activities per GDPs; comply with cGMPs and ISO standards.
• Notify production management of deviations.
• Support other areas as needed (cleaning; non-sterile filling; kitting and preparation).
• Label products at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels.
• Conduct final packaging and visual inspection of products.
• Support audits and maintain inspection-ready environment.
