Job summary

Quva is hiring a Production Technician I – ILP for its Bloomsbury, NJ facility on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM). After training, you will assist with visual inspection, labeling and packaging, and ensure processes meet quality standards to deliver safe medications.

This full-time, safety-sensitive role requires attention to detail, adherence to GDPs and cGMPs, and strict documentation. You’ll perform materials prep, line clearances, equipment checks, and support audits while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Color perception exam required.
• Vision exam showing 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Drug and background check required.
• 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Labeling and processing of production materials as required.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning of room and equipment; complete maintenance forms per SOPs.
• Perform line and room clearances per established procedures.
• Document activities for accountability and traceability following GDPs; comply with cGMPs and ISO standards.
• Comply with 503B guidelines and company SOPs; maintain audits readiness.
• Perform equipment calibration checks and troubleshoot production equipment.
