Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a First Shift Traffic Clerk in Las Vegas. The role focuses on scheduling truck deliveries and pick ups, coordinating with drivers, carriers, and customer service to sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience coordinating inbound/outbound TL, LTL and SP freight.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and timely oral and written communication with client representatives and drivers.
• Coordinate freight documents (Bills of Lading) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, sometimes outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight for warehouse operations.
• Meet service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving documents (BOLs).
• Interact with customers at the dispatch window.
