Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations and capacities.
• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight to ensure timely, accurate BOLs and documents.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and communication with client reps and drivers.
• Ensure shipping/receiving documents are accurate and on time.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining security and housekeeping.
